Great Ice Machine
This is by far the best ice machine I've ever had and Katom is great also. I purchased this several years ago from them and the shipment to Texas was super fast. It may not be the "pretties" ice machine, but as far as the quality, it can't be beat. It's so user friendly to service and clean. Cleaning is paramount to these type of ice machines, because of scale. I installed a commercial filter for the machine which does wonders. The top, front and back come off to make cleaning super easy. There is tons more room around the compressor, etc. to clean than your typical under counter ice machine. I realize that this will not fit most peoples place in their kitchen, but if you have the space, do yourself a favor and purchase this style due to the ease of maintenance.
Perfect for our needs.
Used for special events in a community room, fits the bill.
