Cubelet-style ice (also referred to by 11 other names, including nugget ice, gem ice, and Pearl ice) is popular with restaurant customers, and is also ideal for patients in health care facilities because of its small, easy-to-chew crunchiness. This energy-efficient ice maker keeps up to 80 lbs. of cubelet ice cold in its built-in bin that is air-cooled with a self-contained condenser. To quickly scoop ice, this ice maker's large, front access door pulls down easily. Its stain and scratch resistant stainless steel exterior looks professional in any environment, and is also very easy to clean. No clearance is required for this compact, space-saving ice maker, since it has front in, front out air flow. Its automatic flush system provides longer, dependable service, with less maintenance, and the included scoop is protected by HoshiGuard's Antimicrobial agent.
