Hoshizaki CR3S-FS Description
The Hoshizaki CR3S-FS refrigerator has a top-mounted refrigeration system that is easy to service since the system is mounted on a removable polypropylene platform. The evaporator is electrocoated in epoxy to resist corrosion, and a hot gas condensate system melts built up ice on the evaporator. Refrigerant is distributed with a thermostatic expansion valve to release the exact amount needed to bring temperatures down, saving the life of the compressor. Temperatures range from 33 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit.
The entire cabinet is constructed of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. Foamed-in-place polyurethane is used to create structure in the cabinet. This unit has three sections for holding various product. Each section comes with three epoxy-coated shelves that adjust in 1-inch increments. Locks come on all the doors to deter unauthorized access. The Hoshizaki CR3S-FS refrigerator has a stay open feature on the doors that makes loading product easy.
