The Hoshizaki CR2S-HS refrigerator is great for holding prepared foods, raw ingredients, and other product. With the four solid doors, there are two sections with three epoxy-coated shelves in each section. The shelves are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments to accommodate various product sizes. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation gives the cabinet structure, while the entire unit is constructed of stainless steel for durability. Recessed gaskets on the door openings help keep air from escaping.

A thermostatic expansion valve is used to control the flow of R-134A refrigerant that maintains cool temperatures. They range from 33 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit to keep products in food safe zones. A ducted air distribution system ensures the entire cabinet has cool temperatures. The evaporator is thawed with a hot gas condensate feature. To protect the evaporator, is has been electrocoated in epoxy for corrosion resistance. The Hoshizaki CR2S-HS refrigerator has an LED digital display on the controller.
