Wells WV-FGRW Description
The Wells WV-FGRW VCS2000 ventless cooktop combines a fryer, griddle, and warming drawers in a self-contained unit with a built-in filtration system. Designed for high-efficiency cooking, this floor model fryer has a 15-pound oil capacity and features thermostatic controls for precise griddle adjustments. A protected incandescent light improves visibility during cooking.
The self-contained hood system of the Wells WV-FGRW VCS2000 ventless cooktop includes a four-stage filtration system and a fire protection system, while the interlock system disables cooking appliances if filters are missing, clogged, or triggered by a fire. Airflow sensors monitor ventilation to optimize grease removal, and an illuminated early-warning system alerts operators when filters need replacing.
