Wells W-B2 Description
One of the best breakfast foods around can also be something that you offer your customers when you purchase the Wells commercial waffle baker! This Wells waffle baker provides versatility and ease when used. The unit has a floating hinge to allow the upper grid to rise evenly as the waffle expands during cooking. The grids themselves are seven inches in diameter with a 1/2 in. deep cast aluminum construction. The heating elements are controlled by a factory pre-set precision thermostat and the two lighted rocker ON/OFF switches allow independent operation of each baking unit, which in turn saves clean up and energy.
