Wells RWN-3 Description
The Wells RWN-3 drawer warmer is designed for built-in installation, measuring 20 1⁄4 inches wide by 26 5⁄16 inches deep by 31 1⁄8 inches high. It's designed with three drawers that each accept a standard 6-inch-deep food pan—included with the unit. To improve efficiency and optimize food quality during extended holding periods, this unit is fully insulated.
To withstand heavy use in high-volume environments, the Wells RWN-3 warming drawer is constructed of strong, rust-resistant stainless steel. It features stainless steel tracks and bearings that endure repeated opening and a self-latching mechanism that eases closing. Each of its three drawers has individual thermostatic controls and an adjustable front vent to release excess humidity. Operators can adjust the temperature between 90 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit.
