Durable and corrosion resistant, the Wells RWN-2 drawer warmer is constructed of stainless steel. As a narrow, freestanding model, it's fitted with 4-inch legs and measures 20 1⁄4 inches wide by 26 5⁄16 inches deep by 25 inches high. Using precise thermostatic controls, operators can adjust each drawer's temperature between 90 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Wells RWN-2 warming drawer is ideal for retirement homes, correctional facilities, education settings, and other areas needing to cook large batches of items prior to delivering it to guests or residents. To release excess moisture and prevent soggy product, its drawers are equipped with adjustable front vents. This unit has a fully insulated design to preserve heat, improve food quality, and optimize efficiency.
