Wells RWN-1 Description
The temperature of each of the Wells RWN-1 warming drawer's compartments can be adjusted between 90 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, which is ideal for holding meat, dinner rolls, prepared vegetables, and other essentials at safe and appetizing temperatures before they're served to customers or residents. So the space underneath the unit can be cleaned, it's raised on 4-inch legs. Overall, this drawer measures 20 1⁄4 inches wide by 26 5⁄16 inches deep by 14 7⁄8 inches high.
The Wells RWN-1 drawer warmer is constructed of stainless steel to provide rust resistance and durability in fast-paced environments. Its fully insulated design preserves heat, while its self-latching mechanism simplifies closing. Its single drawer comes with a standard 6-inch-deep food pan, and for moisture control to optimize food quality, the drawer is fitted with an adjustable front vent.
