Wells RCP-7600 Description
With its cold-wall construction and foamed-in-place CFC-free insulation, the Wells RCP-7600 refrigerated cold well can hold prechilled foods at safe serving temperatures in warm ambient settings. Its air-cooled, self-contained refrigeration system uses R-404A refrigerant and features wrapped refrigeration lines along its base and sides. As menus change, staff can adjust each pan section's corresponding thermostat to meet specific holding requirements. To ensure the refrigeration system operates properly, it includes a removable condensing unit, sight glass, service valves, dryer/filter, and receiver.
The Wells RCP-7600 cold pan accommodates six 12-inch by 20-inch food pans as well as fraction-size pan equivalents. To uphold NSF-7 requirements, its ledge is recessed 3 inches to shield displayed pans from warm ambient air while providing stable pan support. Its interior and exterior are made of stainless steel—wear-, rust-, and corrosion-resistant metal that's durable enough to endure daily use in high-traffic eateries. For a sleek, integrated appearance, this 87 3⁄4-inch-wide by 27 1⁄8-inch-deep by 26 1⁄8-inch-tall unit can be dropped in an 86 1⁄2-inch-wide by 25 7⁄8-inch-deep cutout.
