Wells HRCP-7300 Description
For accommodating a variety of cold or hot entrees, sides, or desserts, the Wells HRCP-7300 hot and cold food well can hold three 12-inch by 20-inch food pans, and its two included pans can maintain an organized display. With the flip of a switch, this unit can be used as a heated bain marie or a refrigerated cold pan. To keep contents cold, this unit utilizes R404A refrigerant—an environmentally friendly refrigerant alternative that produces and maintains desired temperatures. Designed for wet operation, its automatic water refill feature uses an immersion heating system to warm the water, while a positive-off thermostat lets operators adjust temperatures. CFC-free foamed-in place insulation retains hot or cold temperatures while saving energy.
This Wells HRCP-7300 drop-in hot and cold food well measures 46 1⁄2 inches wide by 27 1⁄8 inches deep by 25 1⁄8 inches tall overall. For increased strength to withstand high-volume use in self-service establishments like cafeterias and buffets, it features a stainless steel top liner. For a streamlined appearance, it can be dropped into a 45 1⁄4-inch-wide by 25 7⁄8-inch-deep cutout. After service, its 1-inch drain assists with efficient cleanup.
