Wells HDG-2430G Description

Wells Gas Countertop Heavy Duty Griddles are designed for use with either natural or LP gas. These griddles are factory configured for natural gas and are field convertible to LP gas. The stainless steel housing of this griddle comes with a removable front panel to provide easy access to components. The griddle surface is a 3/4 in. thick steel plate for even heat distribution and each burner has an adjustable air shutter to control primary air and optimum combustion. The removable large capacity stainless steel drip drawer allows for easy clean-up.
