Model F-85 - Countertop Fryer, Dual Pot, 30 lb. Capacity

Wells Fryer is one of the most durable and easy-to-use fryers in the industry. A swing-up element allows the frypot to be easily removed for cleaning. The low watt density heating element provides for extended oil life. Fry two different products at the same time using the two separate frypots.

Features:

Swing-up element, located below the baskets, is heavy duty stainless steel and easy to clean.
Element control housing has a spring-loaded support rod to secure elements when in a raised position.
Deep-drawn, removable frypot is made of nickel-plated steel.
A manual reset safety thermostat shuts off the heating element power should an over-temperature condition occur. A red signal light indicates the over-temperature condition.
Two full-size rear hanging, interchangeable fry baskets are included with every fryer.
Pre-Heat Time to 350 degree F: 5 minutes
Watts Per Hour to Maintain 350 degree F: 450
