Wells F-55 Description
Designed to be one of the most durable and versatile countertop commercial fryers in the industry this fryer will perform like new for years to come. This Wells countertop dual pot commercial fryer features a 15 lb oil capacity per pot for frying everything from corndogs to chicken strips! The swing up elements allows the fry pots to be easily removed for cleaning while the low watt density of the elements provide extended oil life. You can fry two separate foods at the same time using the individual fry pots. The element control housing of this dual pot countertop fryer has a spring loaded support rod to secure elements when in raised position. The positive off thermostats control the elements, allowing for adjustable and more consistent temperatures. Signal lights indicate that the heating elements are energized. The deep drawn removable fry pots are made of nickel-plated steel for easy clean ability and corrosion resistance. Two half size, rear hanging interchangeable fry baskets are provided and allow for product versatility.
