Wells B-406 Description
The Wells B-406 built-in radiant charbroiler’s stainless steel top and heavy-duty cast iron grate withstand heavy use, while the self-cleaning elements provide dual-action heating (both conductive and radiant) for versatile cooking options. To secure the elements when in a raised position, this charbroiler includes an element frame assembly with a spring-loaded support rod. Staff can maintain a clean surface with the lift-out drip pan, grate scraper, and brush. This unit can reach 600 degrees Fahrenheit within a 10-minute period, and the temperature and power controls are recessed to avoid accidental adjustments.
