The Cretors Electric Saw and Cheese Cutter with floor stand and bucket is the ideal cutter for your restaurant's kitchen! This commercial cutter can process up to a gallon per minute of hard cheese, onions, cabbage, carrots, frozen candy or cookies. The entire slaw/cheese cutter is constructed of heavy duty cast aluminum, ensuring years of service. The design makes this cutter easy to use and clean and comes equipped with fine stainless steel blades with coarse blades for cheese available. This particular slaw/cheese cutter is designed to fit models: 113 paneled counter stand, 114 open counter stand, 512 floor stand with bucket or 515 floor stand with caster.
