This model is constructed of heavy duty cast aluminum and is ensured for years of service. And with the efficiency and design, clean up has never been easier, especially when you consider that that several pieces are removable to expedite the process! This Cretors commercial slaw and cheese cutter comes equipped with fine stainless steel blades and has the option for coarse blades when you need to shred cheese.
