The Manitowoc RFS-0300A 161 flake ice machine head produces up to 384 pounds of ice every 24 hour cycle. This type of ice is ideally used for displays of seafood or produce at a grocery store, salad bar, or in cold therapy. Flake ice molds to the product around it, cooling it quickly. The stainless steel cabinet is corrosion resistant and durable for commercial use. The Manitowoc RFS-0300A 161 flake ice machine head's condenser is self-contained and water cooled. The ice storage bin is sold separately.
