The Manitowoc IY-0454A 161 Indigo™ Series cube ice machine head generates up to 450 pounds of half dice-style ice in 24 hours. An ice-sensing probe makes sure the ice is thick enough to dispense, even when the water is high in dissolved solids. The EasyRead illuminated display provides simple control of production levels, shows diagnostic feedback, and indicates when it is time for preventive maintenance. The durable DuraTech™ stainless steel exterior is coated to resist fingerprints, dirt, and damage, while many components have AlphaSan® built in to slow microbial growth. The Manitowoc IY-0454A 161 Indigo™ Series cube ice machine head requires a separately-sold storage bin to hold ice. Ambient temperatures must be between 35 and 110 degrees for proper production.
