Manitowoc Ice IY-0324A 22" Indigo™ Half Cube Ice Machine Head - 350-lb/24-hr, Air Cooled, 115v

Manitowoc began rolling out new ice makers in early 2018 that are more efficient than their predecessors and have easy-to-use, icon-based controls. As part of that transition, this model has been replaced by the IYT-0420A.

The Manitowoc Indigo™ IY-0324A ice maker head is the replacement and upgrade for the SY-0324A. It has an acoustical ice sensing probe, which uses sound waves to detect the thickness of the ice and ensure proper sizing before harvest. This ice maker has an EasyRead Display that gives important information on the essential functions and gives diagnostic feedback for maintenance. The Manitowoc IY0324A ice maker can produce as much as 350 pounds of half-dice ice daily.

• EasyRead Display is illuminated and gives information about the operational status, cleaning reminders, diagnostic feedback, and asset information
• Ice production can be set based on the time of day or by ice volume, and production can be exported either by USB or internet connection
• Acoustical ice sensing probe emits a pulse of sound to detect the thickness of the ice before dropping into the bin
• For cleaning and descaling, just pour a few ounces of cleaner into the system and initiate the cleaning switch that takes only 30-min. to complete (cleaners sold separately)
