Manitowoc Ice IY0305W Description

The Manitowoc Ice IY-0305W Indigo™ ice maker head is a great fit for slow kitchens with limited space. It has a water-cooled condenser system that requires extra work to set up and extra water to operate, but it is very efficient. Ideal for small kitchens, this unit can produce 300 pounds of ice in a 24-hour period. Equipped with an EasyRead® display, this ice machine head enables users to monitor the operating status, cleaning reminders, and asset information, as well as input various programming options, such as ice volume and time spent producing ice.

A DuraTech™ finish gives the Manitowoc Ice IY-0305W commercial ice machine head resistance to smudges, fingerprint stains, and corrosion. Its acoustical ice sensing probe monitors ice production to ensure cubes are being formed at the correct half-dice size, which measures 3⁄8 inch by 1 1⁄8 inches by 7⁄8 inch. When cleaning the unit, certain important components can be taken out.
