Manitowoc Ice IR-0501W Description
The Manitowoc IR-0501W 161 cube ice machine head produces regular cube ice that measures 1 1⁄8 inches by 1 1⁄8 inches by 7⁄8 of an inch. Up to 500 pounds of cube ice is made every 24-hour cycle. Adjustable settings allow you to program the ice machine head to make ice based on the on/off timer, ice volume, or bin level. An acoustical sensor probe checks to make sure the ice is a consistent size before releasing it to the bin.
A blue illuminated EasyRead display shows you the operating status, reminds you to clean the machine, and provides information about asserts. Diagnostics run every 24 hours to help prevent maintenance issues. The front door is hinged and easily opens for access to components. To help prevent the growth of harmful bacteria, AlphaSan® antimicrobial is built into some components in the Manitowoc IR-0501W 161 cube ice machine head. DuraTech™ coating is on the stainless steel exterior for superior corrosion and damage resistance.
