• This ice maker uses a water-cooled system, which is beneficial for environments with high ambient temperatures, where a remote unit is not available. Water-cooled ice makers typically increase water and sewer costs and are not permitted in all locations.

• Acoustical ice sensing probe sends out pulses of sound to detect the thickness of the ice before dropping it into the bin
• 26-min. cleaning cycle is started by adding cleaner to the ice maker and setting it to self-cleaning (ice can be left in the bin during cleaning)
