The Amana commercial microwave convection combination oven combines three cooking modes: forced convection, microwave and infra-red radiant for high speed cooking. The icon operated control panel is programmable with the ability to program up to 360 menu with the ability to program up to 360 menu items and has multi-level menu capability. Programs can be automatically updated using a USB port that is compatible with standard USB flash drives. The AXP22 commercial microwave convection combination oven has 11 power levels, 4 cooking stages and defrost mode.

• The microwave output is 2200 watts with an automatic voltage sensor to accommodate both 208 and 240 volts.
• The convection fan distributes the heat throughout the cavity to further reduce cook times. Fan speed can be programmed from 0 to 100% for menu flexibility.
• The infra-red radiant has a 3000 watt output and delivers heat from the bottom of the oven. This element is hinged for easy cleaning of the oven floor.

The oven cavity has a 1.38 cubic ft. (39 liter) capacity and standard metal cookware can be used. Maximum microwave cooking time is 60 minutes. This commercial microwave convection combination oven has a stainless steel exterior and is stackable. The oven cavity is of stainless steel construction with stainless oven door. The drop down door opens below oven rack for full access to the cavity. The two side air filters are be removable for easy cleaning and have a “clean filter” reminder feature. A removable, one position rack is be included.
