American range heavy duty 36" salamander broiler is innovatively engineered for optimum performance and lost lasting durability. The modern design of this 36" salamander broiler design features infra-red burners designed to provide complete coverage of a large cooking area. The four rack positions and a well balanced rack lift mechanism provide superb flexibility of heavy control for the discriminating operator.

Featuring a stainless steel finish, this 36" salamander broiler is easy to clean, attractive, and resistant to corrosion. Elegant styling and easy to reach controls come standard with this salamander broiler. This infrared 36" salamander broiler provides instant, even heating for the perfect preparation of steaks, fish, and lobster. It excels in the preparation of melted cheese dishes such as Mexican and Italian specialties. Browning and finishing au gratin dishes, garlic toast, and omelet's are quick and easy in this 36" salamander broiler.

This 36" salamander broiler utilizes natural gas for clean burning energy efficiency. The heavy gauge insulated body and all stainless steel front and sides provide durability, an attractive design, and easy cleanability. The standing pilot provides instant lighting of both burners. The grid rack assembly rolls out for ease of loading and unloading and the large capacity drain pans contains grease with no trouble. The broiler grid can be easily removed for cleaning.
