This 60" restaurant range is a jaw dropping value for the quality and functionality it provides. Featuring 4 burners, and 2 ovens this range is ideal for restaurants, diners. The burners of this oven are heavy duty cast iron grates, rated at 32,000 BTUs per hour, that are two piece lift off designed and are exceptionally easy to clean. There is also one standing pilot for each burner for instant ignition meaning your food is prepared fast and your patrons are happier. This range even includes a full width drip pan.

This 60" restaurant range comes with a highly polished 3/4" thick steel griddle plate that features a manual control valve for each burner.

The heavy castings retain heat to minimize recovery time during peak periods. This 60" restaurant range is compact enough to blend into the design of most cook lines, but powerful enough to yield high volume production results.
