American Range AR-36G-4B Description
The American Range AR-36G-4B NG natural gas restaurant range's 6-inch adjustable legs provide stable footing in busy areas. Regulated by manual controls, its 36-inch griddle works alongside four 32,000 BTU open cast iron burners. A drip pan collects runoff, and an automatic shutoff cuts gas for safe use. Constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it measures 60 inches wide by 32 1⁄2 inches deep by 56 inches high. Both 26 1⁄2-inch ovens feature a 250 to 500-degree-Fahrenheit range and incorporate two racks to suit different batches. A 20-inch riser and top shelf add overhead staging space, while porcelain-enameled cavities reduce sticking.
