American Range AF75 NG Description

The commercial heavy duty gas floor fryer is ideal for use within any venue that require high quality frying capacity. The removable basket hanger of this heavy duty gas deep fryer from American Range accommodates two large baskets and the chrome plated fryer baskets feature a cool grip for safety and comfort. The millivolt control system means there is no electrical hook up required and thermostatic controls adjust from 200 to 400 degrees leaving you able to prepare several different types of fried foods. The safety shut-off system shuts off the gas 100 % when temperature reaches a high limit and the combination gas valve includes a pressure regulator and pilot ignition system for ultimate in fryer operation. The crumb screen is a large tight mesh chrome plated screen under the baskets and the drain valve is 1 -1/4 in diameter for easy cleaning of the oils.

The cool zone design traps food particles and prevents carbonization in the fry zone. This also reduces flavor transfer and extends the life of your oil saving you time and money. The deeper vessel allows for an extra deep oil level for frying products like chicken, fish, or a large volume of fries. The baffle/diffuser design features removable diffusers that spread heat to the tube walls for better and more efficient heat transfer. The 18 x 18 cooking area is an ideal size for cooking a variety of menu items.
