American Range AF45 NG Description

The heavy duty natural gas fryer with a 35-50 lb frying capacity is ideal for use within any venue that require high quality frying capacity. The removable basket hanger of this heavy duty gas fryer from American Range accommodates two large baskets and the chrome plated fryer baskets feature a cool grip for safety and comfort. The millivolt control system means there is no electrical hook up required and the thermostatic controls adjust from 200 to 400 degrees leaving you able to prepare several different types of fried foods. The safety shut-off system shuts off the gas 100 % when temperature reaches a high limit and the combination gas valve includes a pressure regulator and pilot ignition system for ultimate in fryer operation. The crumb screen is a large tight mesh chrome plated screen under the baskets and the drain valve is 1-1/4 in diameter for easy cleaning of the oils.

The cool zone design gives this fryer a front sloping vessel bottom that traps food particles and prevents carbonization in the fry zone.
