The innovative design features heavy duty cast iron top grates which are pitched with a cast in grease trough in each blade for fat runoff. The individually controlled 35000 BTU burners are located every 9" designed to provide complete coverage of a large cooking area while providing flexibility to operate chosen burners as needed, thus saving energy! This 34" countertop heavy duty char rock charbroiler comes standard with a stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning and durability! The full length grease trough drains the runoff into a removable pan for easy cleaning. This 34" lava rock charbroiler utilizes natural gas for clean burning, energy efficiency.
