Update PT-WR12 Description
Designed to be used when serving medium pizzas, the Update PT-WR12 pizza tray has a 12-inch diameter. Because of its wide rim, the pan can be used for single-pan baking and serving. Its circular shape is traditional in pizzerias, and the solid bottom creates a classic crust. This pan is made of 18-gauge aluminum—a durable metal that uniformly conducts heat in the oven.
