Update PRK-20 Description
To help chefs create neat and even pizza slices, the Update International PRK-20 pizza knife has a 20-inch, beveled edge that can be rocked from end to end, creating a straight line. It's made of stainless steel, which is able to withstand heavy use and keep its edge; two black polypropylene handles provide a stable grip and won't slip out of users' hands. To save space in storage, the knife has dual hanging holes, enabling it to be hung from either end.
