Update KP-03 Description
Because the Update KP-03 boning knife's blade is straight and stiff, it can detach beef and pork from the bone and create simple cuts. Its German high-carbon steel construction is harder than stainless steel and can hold a sharp edge throughout high-volume use, and it's simple to resharpen when necessary. Molybdenum vanadium is added to this hard metal to increase strength and wear resistance. To improve chefs' control over slicing, its ergonomic handle features a nonslip design that grants a secure grip. Overall, this knife's blade is 6 inches long, and its white handle can be incorporated into color-coded applications.
