Somewhat disappointed.
Let me say first off the your materials are of exceptional quality. Your gage of wire choice is overkill as far as any requirement for heavy duty strength. Going half the diameter will more than support the weight of the glasses for that given length. You will realize an immediate increase in profits as a result of the material size reduction. The larger/longer hangers in your product line can also be adjusted to a more economical material size with the same profit increase realized. Now for my quality concern. I have measured my 6 purchased hangers for variation. An end to end flatness test of the assembly straps/brackets and had poor results returned. The end to end flatness ranges from 40mm to 100mm. This was unsatisfactory for my application. It was necessary for me to manually straighten each rack to a usable assembly condition. This was difficult because of the over designed heavy duty materials, as I have said previously. After all of this, my project was completed with good results. Cordially, Jack McPherson
