Awesome - Use for cooking and serving steaks!
Got this idea from another couple and the plates are awesome. Unlike the other review, my wife and I like the detachable handle. That way we can use the handle to move in and out of the oven and even to serve our guests. But once placed on the table for dining we can remove the handle making it less awkward hitting glasses or interfering with utensils. Always a great conversation piece and loved by our guests.

While these are doing the job they are designed to do, I do not like the detachable handle.
