Exceeded Expectations!
I was very pleased with this purchase as was the recipient! This is a heavy, aluminum pan with sturdy handles. A gift for my son, as soon as he saw it he had a number of ideas for its uses. We are very happy with the quality and I highly recommend this pan. We are not using it for commercial purposes but home use.
