Lang's electric induction range's powerful 14 kW of heat will cook your food at lightning speed, safely and efficiently. This heavy-duty 30-in. range's separate independent 8" glass hobs allow multi-function cooking, shortening your cooking time, while minimizing energy consumption. Its flat top cooking surface provides a surface that is much safer than gas ranges that have hot coiled tubular elements or open flames. The surface is also much easier to clean; since there are no hidden crevices for crumbs, grease, and spills, simply wipe the top with a damp cloth for hassle-free cleaning. The 2-3/4-in. full front grease trough, grease drain, and spillage drawers also speed cleaning time. This induction range's fully insulated standard oven base has a 12-in. high aluminized steel interior. It has a heavy-duty hinge-down down and durable stainless steel exterior, with an attractive finish. Swivel casters on the bottom of this range provide mobility to suit your kitchen's changing space needs.
