30" Maximizer Range, Electric, available with (2) 8" diameter French plates, and (1) 12" x 24" x 3/4" thick Hot Plate. 30" wide heavy-duty half size convection oven base with Platinum Controls. Convection oven holds (5) 1/2 size pans. 4" casters, 208 V, 60 Hz., 3 phase, 57.6 amps, 19.8 kw. Options available at no additional cost: 240 V/3 ph. Platinum: Fully programmable, icon-driven, one-touch control. Features time, temperature, heat loss and shelf compensation, cook and hold programming, and two speed and variable rate fan control. (Model 360-R30CAPA is shown.)
