Micro Bakery Half-size Oven/Staging Cabinet/Proofer, Electric, ECOH Convection Oven (5) 18" x 13" pan oven capacity, Patinum controls, MBSC Holding Cabinet (4) half size pan capacity, MBPF half size proofing cabinet (12) pan capacity, 6" legs, casters. Convection oven voltages: 240V, 60 Hz, 1ph, 33.8 amps. Staging cabinet is not heated. Proofing cabinet: 240V/ 60 Hz, 1ph. No Stacking Kit needed. Other voltages are available, call Customer Service. Platinum Controls: Fully programmable, icon-driven, one-touch control. Features time, temperature, heat loss and shelf compensation, cook and hold programming and two speed and variable rate fan control.
