The bottom of this single deck convection oven features a conveniently attached undershelf, making it ideal for kitchen's short on storage space for equipment and other essential items. Its powerful fan, centrally positioned in the back of this convection oven, helps to quickly and evenly circulate heat to rapidly brown and crisp your food, while retaining its moist, flavorful insides. This heavy-duty oven's parallel doors, with double pan glass windows, open simultaneously, allowing you to open only the side that you need. Its fully insulated porcelain cooking compartment helps retain this oven's powerful 55,000 BTUs of gas heat, to keep your kitchen cool.
