Each of these heavy-duty, vertically stacked ovens contain 5 racks that adjust to 11 possible positions, to accommodate anything from sheets of delicate cookies to large, oversized roasts. Constructed with porcelainized steel, this gas-heated convection oven's cooking compartments are fully insulated, so your cooking temperatures are conserved and your kitchen is kept cool. Two, simultaneously opening doors on each oven allow you to open only the side that you need, to further save energy. This commercial oven's powerful fan, centrally positioned in the back of each oven, helps to quickly and evenly circulate 55,000 BTUs of heat to rapidly crisp, brown, and roast your delicious food.
