(Cord not included, must be hardwired by an electrician.) EnviroStar: The EnviroStar control is a user friendly, soft-touch knob control with temperature adjustable in 25 degree increments. Control features a one- shot and pulse steam feature, digital timer with LED display, a cook and hold feature, and adjustable fan speed.
