ChefSeries Convection Oven, Electric, 1-deck, EnviroStar solid state controls & timer, Baking/Roasting steamer, 2-speed pulse fan, 12-pos. pan slides, 6-racks, porc. interior, simultaneously opening doors w/ double pane glass windows, s/s front, sides & top, 208V, 60 Hz, 3ph, 12.3 kw, 35.5 amps. Other voltages available at no additional cost: 240V/3ph and 240V/1ph. (Cord not available, must be hardwired by an electrician.) EnviroStar: The EnviroStar control is a user friendly, soft-touch knob control with temperature adjustable in 25 degree increments. Control features a one- shot and pulse steam feature, digital timer with LED display, a cook and hold feature, and adjustable fan speed.
