Lang's electric, one-pan deck oven features top and bottom metal sheathed heating elements deliver 6.0 kW of heat, and the 3-heat switch that allows you to heat only the top, the bottom, or both at the same time. The fully insulated aluminized steel cooking compartment with heavy-duty chrome plated wire rack accommodates (1) 18" x 26" full sheet, (6) 9" pies, or (10) 1 lb. loaves of bread. This oven's compact 36" width reduces space hood requirements and is stackable up to 3 high, to meet your baking needs. The durable stainless steel exterior with attractive finish will withstand heavy usage, while complimenting any establishment's interior.
