Griddle, Gas, counter unit, 60" x 23" x 1" thick highly polished chrome griddle plate, Selectronic solid state controls every 12" w/ 120V electronic spark ignition, s/s exterior, 4" s/s legs, 135,000 BTU, NG. Selectronic: Extremely precise, this control responds to a 1 degree temperature change of the griddle plate for the most demanding operations. (Model 272TC is shown.) There is a 5-6 week lead time for this product.
