ChefSeries Griddle, Gas, 36" x 23" x 1-1/4" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate, EnviroZone computerized touch pad controls w/ 12" zones, electronic ignition, s/s cabinet, 4" legs, 81,000 BTU, NG. EnviroZone: The EnviroZone is a programmable, touch pad control. This control can be programmed in 5 degree increments and features automatic change of temperature for different day-parts plus a built-in self diagnostic system. (360-236Z model is shown with optional grooving.)
