This commercial griddle's durable double wall construction, electronic spark ignition, and heat shields all increase operating efficiency. Snap-action ACCU-TEMP thermostat control temperatures provide precision cooking control from 200 to 550 degrees F. This griddle's highly polished steel surface and welded splash and grease trough make cleaning up easy.
