Digital electronic timers ensure your food is cooked to exact times, eliminating the possibility of undercooked food or burned spots. The waffle-shaped stainless steel radiants maximize even cooking surface temperatures, while the "E" shaped burners improve gas/air mixtures for better combustion, maximizing heat and improving energy efficiency. For safety, Lang's ChefSeries™ char broiler has a spark igniter system with lighter burner, eliminating the hazards that sometimes occur with manual pilot lighting. The removable stainless steel drip tray speeds cleaning, and this charbroiler's rugged stainless steel front, back, and sides are easy to wipe clean.
