Designed with dimensions of 48 in. W x 20 in. D and a 1 in. thick smooth steel griddle plate, the Lang commercial griddle features a 24 in. sliding clamshell hood and is made to work on your counter top. This Lang griddle has an Accu-Temp control every 12 inches and comes with a stainless steel exterior and 4 in. adjustable legs. And to heat up this entire griddle, there are (6) 1000 watt steel sheathed infrared heating elements.
