This high performance countertop griddle from Lang features a 24-in. Clamshell® hood and 48" wide griddle. This electric griddle's thick 1"polished cooking surface retains heat for even cooking, without any hot or cold spots. ACCU-TEMP Snap-action controls for each 12" of griddle surface. For easy operation, simply lower this electric griddle's innovative Clamshell® hood and automatic-on is activated; open the lid and thermostats automatically turn off. Six 1,00 watt sheathed infrared heating elements rapidly brown food, sealing in juices. The overall rugged stainless steel construction of Lang's 24-in. countertop griddle is built to withstand years of punishing conditions.
