This commercial griddle features a 24 in. clamshell hood, is electrically powered and is made to work on counter tops. This commercial griddle has dimensions of 48 in. W x 20 in. D and comes with a 1 in. thick smooth steel griddle plate. For every 12 inches there is a Accu-Temp control and the entire griddle is constructed from stainless steel on the exterior. The interior has (6) 1000 watt steel sheathed infrared heating elements to keep the griddle hot as you cook for your customers.
